Du entscheidest, was du mit wem teilst.

2. Summary
PrintPrice does not send any personal data to us or to third parties. The app has no user account, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party SDKs, and it does not connect to any server – neither ours nor anyone else's. What you enter is stored on your iPhone; it leaves the device only if you share a PDF yourself (section 4) or if your iPhone backup includes it (section 3).
3. What the app stores on your iPhone
- Your settings (rates, VAT mode, currency, number format, units, theme), your marketplace fee settings and your saved jobs – including job names and any customer name you type in – are stored as files in the app's private storage on your iPhone.
- One setting that remembers that you have already seen the introduction screens.
- When you open a quote, the app creates the PDF in its temporary folder on your iPhone so that you can share it.
We have no access to any of this. You can delete saved jobs in the app; deleting the app removes all of its data from your iPhone. If you use iCloud Backup or back up your iPhone to a computer, your settings and saved jobs can be part of that backup, which Apple handles according to your settings.
The temporary PDF contains the job name and, if you entered one, the customer name (for example "Huber Workshop"). It is deleted together with its job. Exception: if another saved job has a name with the same letters and digits in the same groups, ignoring upper and lower case (for example "Bracket x4", "bracket x4" and "Bracket-x4"), the PDF is kept while that job is still saved. Quote PDFs that no saved job uses any more are removed the next time the app starts. iOS may also delete the temporary PDF at any time, and it is deleted at the latest when you delete the app. iOS does not include the temporary folder in backups.
This storage is technically necessary to provide the functions you use (saving your settings and jobs) and is therefore permitted without consent (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). We do not receive or process this data. If you enter a customer's name, you are responsible for handling that information lawfully.
4. Sharing a PDF quote
The app passes a PDF on only if you tap "Share PDF" and choose a destination in the iOS share sheet (for example Mail, Messages or Files). You decide what you share and with whom. The app or service you choose handles the PDF under its own privacy policy.
5. Links to our website
In the app, Settings → Legal opens our legal notice (Impressum, https://bitonapps.dev/impressum/), this page and the terms of use in your browser. Your visit to this website is covered by its website privacy policy; for pages on formaventus.com, https://formaventus.com/policies/privacy-policy applies.
6. Apple
PrintPrice is distributed through Apple's App Store. It is offered as a one-time paid app; there are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Purchase, download, payment, refunds and updates are handled by Apple (in the EU: Apple Distribution International Ltd., Ireland) as an independent controller under Apple's privacy policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). We do not receive your payment details or your name. If you have turned on "Share With App Developers" in iOS, Apple provides us with crash reports and usage statistics for the app in aggregated or non-identifying form. We use them only to find and fix errors and to improve the app (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in an app that works). We do not combine them with other data and delete any reports we download as soon as they are no longer needed to fix an error, at the latest after 12 months. You can switch sharing off at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → Share With App Developers.
7. If you contact us
If you email or call us, we process your name, contact details and message to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request concerns a contract or a pre-contractual question, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Providing these details is voluntary, but without them we cannot reply. Our e-mails are processed by Zoho Corporation GmbH, II. Hagen 7, 45127 Essen, Germany, as our processor (Art. 28 GDPR) and stored in Zoho's EU data centres (operated by Zoho Corporation B.V., Utrecht, Netherlands). We delete your enquiry 12 months after the conversation has ended unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage. More details: https://bitonapps.dev/privacy/
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21), and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77). Because the app sends us no data, we normally hold no data about you from the app. To exercise your rights, email info@formaventus.com.
We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR). We have not appointed a data protection officer because we are not required to (Art. 37 GDPR, § 38 BDSG). Competent authority for us: Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany. You may also contact the supervisory authority where you live.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (sections 6 and 7), you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop the processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. An email to info@formaventus.com is sufficient.
9. Changes
We will update this policy if the way the app handles data changes. The current version is always available at https://bitonapps.dev/privacy/a2/.
Note on this web page: This web page is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (“Cloudflare Pages” service); the app itself does not use this service – the website privacy policy explains what data is processed when you visit this page.
